1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Achievo. The Achievo platform is operated by Saeeda Nishat ("Achievo", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Achievo platform, website, applications, and related services. By creating an account or using Achievo, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. About Achievo
Achievo is an educational achievement platform that helps students, parents, teachers, schools, and educational institutions track progress, participate in learning activities, earn achievements, and access educational resources.
3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. If you are under the age required by local law, you may need permission from a parent, guardian, or educational institution to use the platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
4. User Accounts
Users may register as Students, Parents, Teachers, School Administrators, or Institutional Representatives. You are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping information accurate, protecting login credentials, and activities performed under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Impersonate another person or institution
- Upload harmful software or malicious content
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Manipulate rankings, achievements, or XP systems
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Disrupt platform operations
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Educational Content
Achievo may provide learning resources, AI-generated educational assistance, study recommendations, quizzes, flashcards, and achievement systems. Educational content is provided for informational purposes only. Users remain responsible for their academic decisions and outcomes.
7. AI Services
Achievo may utilize artificial intelligence technologies to provide educational support. AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should verify important educational, academic, legal, financial, or medical information independently. Achievo does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
8. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they upload, including documents, notes, assignments, images, and study materials. By uploading content, you grant Achievo permission to process and store the content for platform functionality. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload submitted materials.
9. Achievements, XP, and Rankings
Achievo may award XP points, badges, achievements, rankings, and leaderboard positions. These systems are intended to encourage engagement and learning. Achievo reserves the right to modify ranking algorithms, XP calculations, achievement criteria, and reward systems at any time. Achievements and rankings do not constitute official academic certifications.
10. School and Institution Accounts
Schools and institutions using Achievo are responsible for providing accurate information, managing authorized users, complying with applicable laws, and maintaining proper permissions for student data. Achievo may suspend institutional access for misuse or policy violations.
11. Payments, Subscriptions, and Merchant of Record
Certain Achievo services require payment. Pricing and subscription plans may change from time to time, and any changes will be communicated in advance for active subscriptions.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This means that when you purchase a subscription or other paid service through Achievo:
- Paddle is the seller of record on your invoice
- Paddle is responsible for processing your payment and charging any applicable sales tax or VAT
- Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms
- For payment, invoice, billing, refund, or chargeback issues, you should contact Paddle directly at https://paddle.net
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's policies. Subscription renewals continue automatically until cancelled in line with Paddle's buyer terms.
12. Intellectual Property
The Achievo name, logo, software, platform design, and related materials are owned by Saeeda Nishat. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit platform materials without permission.
13. Availability of Service
We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Achievo may perform maintenance, update features, modify functionality, or temporarily suspend services when necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Achievo and Saeeda Nishat shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, academic outcomes, service interruptions, or data loss beyond reasonable control. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform features, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or institutions. Users may request account deletion at any time.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Achievo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
