This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Achievo platform, operated by Saeeda Nishat.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Achievo subscriptions and one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Achievo orders. Paddle is responsible for processing payments, handling refund requests, and providing customer service for billing inquiries.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please use one of the following options:
- Visit paddle.net — locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, then submit a refund request directly.
- Email our support team at support@achievo.app and we will help coordinate your refund with Paddle.
Please include your order ID or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase quickly.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests for renewal charges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis where the renewal occurred recently and the service was not used.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
