Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

Educational Institutions

Schools using Achievo may access information related to their enrolled students.

Merchant of Record — Paddle

Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through Achievo. This means that when you purchase a subscription or other paid service, Paddle — not Saeeda Nishat — is the seller of record on your invoice and is responsible for processing payments, charging applicable sales tax/VAT, issuing invoices, and handling refund and chargeback requests.

To enable this, we share the personal data necessary to process your order with Paddle (such as your name, email address, billing address, and order details). Paddle processes this information as an independent controller for payment, tax compliance, fraud prevention, and invoicing purposes, in accordance with its own privacy policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Service Providers

We may use trusted third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, and AI processing. These providers are only given access necessary to perform their services.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety and security of users and the platform.

International Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including by our service providers and by Paddle. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect international transfers.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user information, including secure authentication, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, database security, and regular monitoring. While we strive to protect information, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Student Privacy

Achievo is designed for educational use. Students under the age required by local laws should use the platform with the permission of a parent, guardian, or educational institution where applicable. Parents and schools may request access to relevant student information as permitted by applicable laws.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, improve user experience, analyze website traffic, and maintain platform functionality. Users may manage cookie settings through their browser.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services, maintain records, meet legal obligations, and improve platform functionality. Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of data
  • Request data portability
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent where applicable
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Requests can be submitted through our contact channels below.

Third-Party Services

Achievo may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external services. Users should review the privacy policies of those providers separately.
